Appetini, Brocoders' own product: we built a lunch ordering marketplace for cooks, customers, couriers and admins on React and Ruby on Rails, with LiqPay payments, group ordering, shared carts and courier tracking. The first ordering version took 3 days in December 2017; the product is suspended today.

OptiChain (ON Consulting), Netherlands: from September 2018 Brocoders built Powerchain, a Hyperledger Fabric logistics ERP on React and Node.js, with permission-based data access, batch identifiers, QR verification and a consumer mobile app. Four supply chains run on it, oranges, eggs, bananas and tilapia, with about 1,000 data requests a month.

School lunch ordering platform with four back-office report types

    • Food Delivery App

Beyond Green Sustainable Food Partners, Chicago: from June 2020 Brocoders built the online meal ordering platform on React and Node.js, where schools order from a dashboard with a calendar and the provider manages customers and orders in an admin panel. It generates four report types: financial, container label, production and delivery.

    korobox logo

Honesty snack box app with Stripe micropayments bundled weekly

    • Food Delivery App

Korobox, Brocoders' own product: from September 2019 we built the iOS and Android app for office honesty snack boxes in React Native and Node.js, with QR and barcode scanning, cash and Stripe card payments, calorie tracking and an admin panel for office managers. Micropayments are bundled weekly before settlement so the Stripe fee does not eat the price of a snack; active development is suspended.

Quick Answers to Common Questions

What types of food technology products has Brocoders built?

Brocoders has built online ordering systems, corporate lunch delivery platforms, and office snack subscription apps. Projects span B2C consumer food apps and B2B food service platforms for employers and caterers.

Can Brocoders build a custom online ordering system?

Yes. A standard ordering system covers menu management, cart and checkout, payment processing, order status tracking, kitchen display or printer integration, and delivery dispatch. Brocoders scopes custom features — dietary filtering, recurring orders, group ordering — on top of this base.

How does Brocoders handle real-time delivery and logistics in food apps?

Order routing to couriers is handled via webhooks with delivery partners (Uber Eats delivery API, Stuart, or custom logistics). Driver location is tracked via websocket connections and displayed to customers in real time. ETA calculation uses live traffic data where available.

What third-party integrations does Brocoders support for food platforms?

Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), delivery logistics APIs, POS systems for restaurant partners, loyalty platforms, marketing automation tools, and accounting software. Most integration scope is defined in the discovery phase.
