We re-engineered the condo management platform by redesigning the UX, adding the features our users were asking for, and migrating every account off the old system with its data intact. The platform ran 61 months, growing to 254 accounts, 20 management companies and 60,000+ active users.

1. Software Audit — 5 or 10 business days, fixed scope, Essential $5,000
Architecture map, dependency graph, security and data review, test coverage assessment, prioritised risk register, refactor-versus-rebuild recommendation with an estimate. Standalone. Yours to take anywhere.
2. Stabilisation Sprint — 30 to 90 days, fixed scope
Reproducible builds, CI/CD, monitoring, backups, credential and account transfer, a minimum regression-test safety net. Behaviour does not change in this stage; the ability to change it safely does.
3. Incremental decomposition — ongoing, monthly
Module by module, ordered by what breaks the business soonest. Product delivery continues throughout. Traffic moves to a new module only after it proves itself.
4. Modernization Pod — ongoing, monthly
Feature delivery on the modernized platform against published delivery KPIs, with senior engineers you interviewed yourself. Around 60% senior.
Roughly $40,000 to $120,000 for stabilisation, and $25,000 to $60,000 a month for a decomposition pod. Published so you can decide whether to have the conversation.

What we do not take on
