  • We say so before you have spent anything past the audit itself. The audit is Essential $5,000 and stops there until you choose to continue.

  • Access and handover is its own step, ahead of the Stabilization Sprint, because it is the step most likely to drag. A missing credential or repository gets named on day one.

  • Most of what we take over has no available author. The audit works from the code, the repository history, and whatever documentation exists.

  • Phases are fixed and priced after the audit, one at a time. Anything that surfaces mid-phase gets its own name and its own quote.
