Brocoders built MyRedDog, a progressive web app for C.I.A. Services, which manages 150 associations in Houston and San Antonio. Homeowners and board members see live account, compliance and document data pulled from the company's RedDog system, so staff stopped fielding those calls.

Lake, US: Brocoders replaced the WordPress monolith with a NestJS back end and a Next.js front end and built real-time sync with property managers' PMSs through Calry, in 3 months from start to release. Six PMS partnerships now feed the marketplace, and property managers who refused to list before the rebuild list now.

AreaButler, Germany: since 2022 a Brocoders senior engineering pod has built the interactive and 3D location maps, the GPT text engine that writes in the agent's style, server-side map rendering on AWS SQS, and the onOffice and Propstack integrations that push the brochure into the broker's CRM. 8,000+ real estate professionals in 27 countries use it.

Brocoders has built two: CondoGenie, a multi-tenant condo management SaaS for boards, property managers and residents, which we have modernized and run since 2018 and now serves 19,324 active users, and MyRedDog, the owner and board app for C.I.A. Services, an HOA management company with 150 associations and 50,000+ properties. The modules we have shipped include amenity booking, maintenance requests with QR-code access, Zendesk ticketing, dues and invoice views, compliance tracking, board voting and document libraries.
We did this for C.I.A. Services. The app pulls live account, financial, compliance and document data from the RedDog NextGen system and the company's website, registers owners automatically against existing account PINs, and gives owners, multi-lot owners, board members and staff different access levels. RedDog stayed in place.
Brocoders rebuilt Lake's back end in 3 months around real-time property management system sync, using Calry as PMS middleware. Property managers would not list until the sync held; after the rebuild Lake connected 40,000 properties, up from ~500, across 6 PMS partnerships.
CondoGenie is the worked example. The platform kept serving its accounts while we replatformed it as multi-tenant SaaS in 2018 to 2019 and then modernized it in place: Rails upgrade in August 2025, Playwright test suite, live Stripe API migration in February 2026, frontend toolchain off unsupported Node 14 and 18 to Node 24 LTS. Five production releases shipped in August 2026 alone. The service page is application modernization.
For AreaButler our engineer added GPT-based location, property and exposé texts to the live SaaS, with a formal-to-informal German rewrite, plus property import from onOffice and Propstack. For Lake we built ChatGPT-generated property descriptions inside the listing module. Both run in production for paying users.
